1981年生まれ、大阪市出身。中学校卒業後すぐに地元の飲食店に勤める。 現在３６歳までサービス業、飲食業関連に従事し約２０年。 東南アジアを中心とし諸外国を旅して 日本の文化や日本食の和の素晴らしさ、おもてなしに気づき メイド・イン・ジャパンがどれほどのブランド力かを知りました。 日本の外食を支える為に、カンボジアやタイなどの東南アジアの人材や食材に惹かれて旅をしている時に現ソーダファクトリー役員の3人と出会い、 ５年間の時を経てこの炭酸精製マシンのアイデアを話して新会社を設立。 台湾、中国、シンガポールでマシンの開発など全ての問題をクリアし新製品がここに誕生しました。よろしくお願い致します
