1982年5月31日生まれ、熊本県熊本市出身。 2005年、九州ルーテル学院大学人文学部在学中より、インターネットを使ったコンテンツ企画、販売ビジネスを手がける。2006年大学卒業と同時に法人化。 2011年、自身が長きに渡って抱えていた睡眠障害を劇的に改善してくれる光で起きる概念を知った事で睡眠グッズの製造販売会社の創業を決意。 ムーンムーン株式会社設立と同時に、代表取締役に就任。 朝5時に起き夜は22時には寝るという生活を続ける。 日本睡眠改善協議会発行の睡眠改善インストラクターの資格を活用し、大学や企業などで睡眠講座を開催。 テレビや新聞雑誌などにも睡眠の専門家として多数出演。
