196○年生まれ　双子座 コンピューターの製造会社に30年勤務していましたが、何の因果か脱サラしてきのこ農家になっちゃった。 全国に少数しかいない「きのこマイスター」の称号を取得しています。 （きのこの美味しさすばらしさを伝える伝道師です） きのこが大好きなので色々なきのこを食べたいと思っていたのですが、生きくらげが国産では希少品である事を知り、もっと沢山食べたいと思ってきくらげ栽培を始めました。 栽培したきくらげをカレーの具材にしたらプリップリの食感がとっても美味しかったので、これを多くの方々に食べていただきたいと思い、きくらげカレーを商品化しました。
